Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Delivery :

  • Expect your order to  arrive within 4-7 working days

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping : CA$10.00

  • Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over CA$40.00

Courier Selection:

  • Our warehouse team selects the most suitable courier for your order to ensure optimal delivery speed and reliability.

Order Confirmation:

  • After placing your order on icetrax.ca, you will receive email confirmation of your purchase.

  • Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a second email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.​​

Return  Policy

At SNOTEK, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as straightforward and convenient as possible.

 

Return Window:
You have a generous 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This gives you ample time to ensure your purchase is just right for you.

Return Eligibility:
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • The item is unworn and unused.

  • It is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Email us at cs@snotek.ca to start your return request.

  • Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with easy-to-follow instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Note: To ensure we can process your return, please use the provided return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Handling Damages and Issues:
We aim for all our products to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Activewear: All activewear sales are final to maintain hygiene standards.

  • Custom or Personalized Products: These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

At SNOTEK, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

To get a different item:

  • Return the Original Item: Start by returning the item you currently have. Follow our return process as outlined above.

  • Make a New Purchase: Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the item you want. This approach helps us ensure that you get exactly what you’re looking for quickly and efficiently.

Refunds:

  • Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund Notification: We will notify you when your return has been processed and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
